This page exists to answer something we are asked constantly, and to say plainly what we will not do.

NAD+ is a prescription-only medicine in the UK. It cannot be bought from a shop, it cannot be added to a basket, and we are not permitted to tell you what it does, what it costs, or whether it would suit you. Any site that lets you put an injectable in a basket with no consultation is not doing it properly.

The lawful route is an independent, licensed UK clinic who assess you themselves, and a regulated pharmacy who dispense on their prescription. Elixir is neither of those things. We make the pen, the case and the cooling bag — the kit that keeps such a routine organised, cool and easy to travel with.

Elixir sells kit and accessories only. We are not a clinic or a pharmacy, we supply no medicine, and we make no medical claims. 18+, UK only.

The Elixir Pen is built around a standard glass cartridge format — silver crimp cap, clear glass. What goes in it is a matter for a prescriber and a pharmacy, not for us.
