What Elixir sells
Devices and accessories only — the pen, the case and the cooling bag. Elixir is not a clinic or pharmacy and makes no medical claims. NAD+ is a prescription-only medicine: it is never sold over the counter and is supplied separately, only on a licensed UK prescriber's order through a regulated UK pharmacy after assessment. 18+, UK only.
The 90-day promise & warranty
The kit is covered by our 90-day money-back promise and a 1-year warranty. Statutory rights are unaffected. Full returns process will be published at launch.
