Shipping
Free UK shipping on every order. Everything leaves us in plain, protective, discreet packaging — no product names on the outside. The kit ships tracked; NAD+ refill cartridges ship separately from our registered UK pharmacy partner in temperature-controlled (cold-chain) packaging.
Delivery times
Dispatch and delivery windows will be confirmed at checkout when ordering opens. Cold-chain refills are dispatched early in the week so they never sit over a weekend.
The 90-day promise
Try the kit properly. If it isn't right for you within 90 days, contact us and we'll make it right — money back. That's the whole policy.
Warranty
Every Elixir piece — the Pen, the Case, the Cooling Bag — is covered by a full 1-year warranty on top of your statutory rights.
Your right to cancel
Beyond our 90-day promise, you have a statutory right to cancel. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period, starting the day you receive your order, to change your mind and cancel — no reason needed. This sits alongside the 90-day promise; you keep whichever protection serves you best.
Returns
Email info@elixirnad.com with your order number and we'll arrange it — no forms, no fuss. For hygiene and safety, cartridges can't be returned once cold-chain packaging is opened, unless faulty. Statutory rights unaffected.
